Payment Terms
All projects under $500 must have 50% deposit funded in advance of commencement.
For projects over $500, I require a 25% deposit and the balance distributed in increments as agreed upon.
All project starting dates are effective upon the receipt of the first deposit.
Release of funds is required at each agreed upon milestone to continue project.
Note: Subsequently, any delays in funding could affect the completion date.
